North Harbour Consulting to carry out equality and diversity training for Fareham Borough Council managers

We have been commissioned to carry out a programme of equality and diversity training for managers with service level responsibilities in Fareham Borough Council as a precursor to the Council’s programme of Equality Impact Assessments. Fareham Council is currently following the Equalty Standard for Local Government (2006) procedure, but is planning to migrate to the new local government Equality Framework at the end of I&DeA’s curent consultation process.
The training will provide managers with a foundation for future equalities work.
